Job Description:

• Responsible for company sourcing work, developing category procurement strategies and supplier strategies, managing supplier allocation ratios.
• Develop and select suppliers, optimize supplier resources.
• Reduce procurement costs, identify and implement cost-saving projects, negotiate annual price reductions, and reduce overall procurement costs (such as optimizing supplier payment terms, delivery times, minimum order quantities, and other business terms).
• Handle procurement work for new products and projects within the company, serve as the project manager for procurement projects.
• As a project leader (such as cost reduction projects and procurement projects), develop project plans, identify project milestones, coordinate various departments to jointly promote the sample certification, small-volume certification, and mass production of procurement materials.
• Responsible for supplier management, annual supplier assessments and classification, and improving supplier performance.
• Coordinate the scheduling of multi-party on-site audits of suppliers, provide necessary guidance to suppliers, and track their improvement plans to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Monitor the market price of raw materials and promptly adjust prices with suppliers
• Responsible for daily inquiry, comparison, negotiation, and electronic bidding activities
• Coordinate with the PMC department and quality department to resolve supplier delivery issues and quality abnormalities
• Sign and manage procurement contracts and agreements.

Candidate profile:

• Strong purchasing experience in manufacturing industry
• Proficient in English
• Bachelor degree in business management or logistics related major
• Individual contributor using in-depth knowledge in a specific area to execute complex or specialized projects
• Often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions
• Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization
• Works independently, applying established standards and instructs or coaches other professionals.
